Justice and Order
The ordinary user, the one who is not an expert and has not studied the “sacred texts” of law believes that the essence of the law is justice. Concept that seems self-evident.
Of course, there may be problems. Corrupt judges or corrupt politicians may use the law to do injustice, use their power for shabby self-interest, but this is a problem of disease, of pathology of the system. It remains obvious to the citizen on the street that law and justice are the former the instrument of the latter.
